Definitions
In these terms, "Islamic Coach" means the business of Bunyamin Yildiz, "customer" means the person placing an order, and "product" means an e-book, audiobook or physical book offered through islamiccoach.nl. Everything below applies to every order unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Orders and formation
A contract is formed the moment we receive your payment and send the order confirmation. You can order from 18 years old, or younger with parental or guardian permission. We reserve the right to refuse orders if there are clear signs that something is off.
Prices and VAT
All prices on islamiccoach.nl are in euros and include VAT. We do our best to show prices correctly; if there's ever an obvious typo we may cancel the order without cost. Discounts and launch prices apply only during the stated period.
Payment
Payments go securely through Stripe with card, iDEAL or Bancontact. Only once the payment is completed do we confirm the order and start delivery. We do not store card details — that's handled by Stripe under the PCI-DSS standard.
Delivery
Digital products (e-book, audiobook) arrive straight away by email with a download link. Physical books are delivered within 2 to 4 business days in the Netherlands by our carrier. If a book happens to be out of stock, we'll let you know within 48 hours and either refund you or let you pick a different format.
Right of withdrawal
For physical books you have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day of delivery. Email us within that period and return the book in good condition; we refund the purchase price. For digital products the right of withdrawal lapses once you download the file — you confirm this at checkout. Up until the first download you can simply cancel your order.
Guarantee and 14-day promise
On top of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a no-quibble money-back promise: if within 14 days of purchase you're genuinely not happy with the content of the book, email by11711@gmail.com and we'll refund your money. No questions, no hassle.
Liability
The content in our books is carefully written, but it is meant as educational and inspirational material — not a substitute for a religious fatwa or personal advice from a qualified scholar. Islamic Coach is not liable for indirect damages. Direct damages are limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Copyright
All text, audio recordings and images are the property of Bunyamin Yildiz. You may read, listen to and share the book with family members, but not copy, resell or republish it without written permission. Short quotes with attribution are of course fine.
Applicable law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. We try to resolve disputes together first. If we can't, the competent court in the Netherlands has exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
